BOARD 0F DIRECTORS
Chairman: Engr. Guy E. Otobo, MFR ;- is a retired Federal Permanent Secretary of the Federal
Ministry of Works and Housing and Federal Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources. He was
eduated at the Government College Ughelli, University of Ibadan,McGill University, Montreal Canada and Purdue University Indiana, USA. He has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree, Masters of Civil Engineering Degree and he is a fellow of many engineering societies including the British Institution of Civil Engineers, the American Society of Civil Engineers, the NIgerian Society of Engineers, the Economic Development Institute of the World Bank and a Fellow of the Nigerian Academy of Engineering. He was the first Chaiman of the Board of Directors of the Federal Road Maintainance Agency(FERMA). Since voluntary retirement from Civil Service in 1993, he has been engaged in: (a) Civil Engineering Consultancy practice (Guy Otobo and Partners Limited), (b) Oil and Gas business (West African Bitumen Emulsion Company (WABECO) and (c) Real Estate business (Corncarp Limited). He was awarded the National Honour of MFR in 2004 and holds the Chieftaincy title of the Okpobrisi of Uzere, Kingdom, Delta State, Nigeria.
Vice Chairman: Osahon Idemudia;- He is a Legal Practitioner with extensive experience in
advocacy, Commercial Law, Real Estate and Construction Law. Osahon Idemudia has in the last 20
years developed Legal protocol for Real Estate transactions and transaction matrix that mitigate
the risk of failure in large real estate and construction contracts. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws
Degree (LLB) in 1987, was enrolled in 1988 and joined the Law Office of Mrs. Hairat A.
Balogun, Libra Law Office in 1989 and being a Partner since 1993 to date. He has practiced
extensively in the High Courts, Court of Appeal in Nigeria as well as Supreme Court of Nigeria. He
has attended numerous Local and International Conferences, Seminars and Workshops and has
held significant positions in his professional endeavors and business interest, amongst which was
Secretary of the Nigerian Group of the International Bar Association, 1995-1997 and conference
secretary of the 1996 Regional Conference of the International Bar Association held in Lagos.
Managing Director: Robert Cone;- He has had a career spanning over 30 years of excellent
contribution in the Banking and Insurance industry in various responsible positions in the
United States of America. He was previously appointed by Durham Life Insurance Company
as their first Regional Director for their PPGA operation and led the company in production for
the first three months where he was also involved in recruiting, training, sales assistance,
production development and market position development. His tenure led the company in
production each month. He has acted as a Consultant in sales training for various sales entities,
contracted and trained contractors and their staff in installation of panels and has conducted
seminars on SIPS. After extensive research, he led the innovation behind the use of concrete
and sand to the exclusion of stone for a distinctive fast, affordable and strong building system,
which is changing the way housing construction is now viewed globally.
Director: Gregory McDonagh;- is the Chief Executive officer (CEO), Inventor of Spider
Tie Concrete Forming System and also a Director at Wilkie Construction Nigeria Limited. He has over 35 years of experience in construction methodology and implementation. He was the one that
designed and developed the Spider Tie Concrete Wall Forming System which is adaptable for several different markets such as Residential and Commercial building structures, Residential and
Commercial swimming pool constructions. His invention has built Residential and commercial
building structures in Australia, Belgium, Canada, Jamaica and United States of America.
Director: OTUNBA Olusegun Jawando; is an Engineer and Urban Planner. He obtained a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Washington State University and a Masters Degree in Urban planning from University of Washington, USA. He is currently the Chairman of Lekki Worldwide Investments Limited, a special purpose vehicle setup by the Lagos State Government to develop Lekki Free Trade Zone. He is also the Chairman of Lekki Free Zone Development Company, the joint venture company (with a Chinese Consortium) responsible for the development and operation of the zone. He has held several leadership positions in Nigeria including as the pioneer General Manager of the New Town Development Authority, Lagos ,Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Ministry of Physical Planning and Developments; Director General, Ministry of Home Affairs and Tourism. In 1989, he was appointed as the Managing Director of Birrel Avenue Property Company Limited, a real estate development company. He was also the Chairman of the Lagos State Urban and Regional Planning Board. For the past four years, Otunba Jawando has been the Chairman of the Lagos Water Regatta Committee, organizer of an annual popular water regatta. He is involved in various businesses in the real estate and construction sectors.
Director: Chukwuka Isichei; is the Financial Director of Wilkie Construction. He is also the Managing Director of Quenelle Farms and Qnergy Limited. A Nigerian citizen, Chukwuka Isichei is a team player and a leader. He attended Madison Area Technical College where he graduated with honors with a Bachelor Degree in Business Management. He worked as a Financial Director at B-Jays Hotel and has vast experience in Procurement and Business Management.
Company Secretary: Valentina Egboh;- is a practicing commercial lawyer with diverse expertise in such area as Commercial law, Construction law and Company law. She obtained her law degree from the University of Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009. As the Company Secretary she is responsible for Regulatory and Statutory Compliance matters. She has been a part of the team since inception.
